The Kiongozi Leadership Program is a personal leadership program resulting in a real life project.
It is in the form of a cohort with 10-15 fellows led by expert facilitators.
Kiongozi is Swahili for ‘leader’ and the program is designed to turn followers into leaders of their field and industry.
What if African youth could get the power, tools & resources that would enable them to be leaders that impact society for a purpose?
We came up with the Kiongozi Leadership Program
Africa has the largest population of youth in the world. [226 Million, Aged 15-24]
It is estimated that more than 50% of Africa’s youth, or 133 million young people lack sufficient business and life skills needed to enter into a productive economic and social life.
Young Visionaries is an organisation that seeks to develop African youth into visionary leaders who impact their communities for a purpose.
Our focus is on personal leadership as a foundation for career and industry leadership.
We equip African youth to lead themselves so they can in turn create solutions to the problems that they face & ultimately lead in their respective industries and sectors.
