Our application process consists of 4 phases.
👩🏿💻📖The class is open to African youth and will be carried out online & physically from Nairobi, Kenya. 🇰🇪
💰 The program’s training is sponsored, however there are limited slots.
💸Data, transport, and other costs are to be catered for by the fellows.
Complete a cohort based program led by experienced facilitators.
Develop a clear vision and plan to achieve a personal project of your choosing.
Work with your project buddy in a peer to peer support system.
Link up with a mentor and kick start your project within 90 days.

🫅🏽👸🏿After the first year, fellows become part of Young Visionaries global community of leaders who are committed to lifelong learning, collaboration and and support as they lead in their fields of purpose.
💫After completing the program, each fellow from the program will undertake a personal project to demonstrate leadership. Through the project, the fellows will utilize their gifts and talents to solve a problem or meet a need in their community, environment and the world.
The project could be anything of the fellow’s choosing, form a blog to a business to a community initiative.

🗓️ The next Kiongozi Leadership Program is 12+ weeks, running from Feb 2023 - April 2023.
Each session runs for 2 hours every Saturday, for 12 weeks.
There will then be post program support for 90 days within which the fellow will launch their personal project.
A full program schedule will be availed at phase 3 of the application
PROGRAM TIMELINES
2022
1️⃣ Initial application: 2 weeks (5th Dec - 19th Dec)
2️⃣ Second phase (assignment): 10 days (19th Dec - 29th Dec)
2023
3️⃣ Interviews: 3 weeks (2nd Jan - 20th Jan)
4️⃣ Onboarding and acceptance letters: 5 days (22nd Jan - 26th Jan)
COHORT LAUNCH DATE: SAT 4th Feb 2023
The program's training and content is sponsored, however there are limited slots.
Note that data, transport, and other costs are to be catered for by the fellows.
There is a graduation fee that covers a certificate, graduation sash and event costs. This amount is highly subsidised and will be communicated before one is accepted into the program.
We encourage the fellows to come up with innovative and creative ways to raise the money for the program.
This could be leveraging on their talents and gifts to make to raise funds. They can also raise funds from friends and family and well wishers or even crowdfunding.
The program is open to African youth of all ages and backgrounds. You could be a student, employed, a business wonder or in-between, the program content will be applicable for you.
All you need to qualify for the program is a hunger to learn and a fantastic attitude and commitment to growing as a leader. The program is full of excitement so be ready to enjoy yourself thoroughly!

We are based in Nairobi, Kenya, and licensed to operate in the country. In 2021, Simba Royal Creative Limited was incorporated under the Kenya Companies Act, 2015.
We encourage you to ask all the questions concerning the Kiongozi Program so that you are sure it's the right fit before joining.
Each session (lesson) is designed to fit into the overall program therefore it is not possible to exit once the program has begun.
It is important to note that should one leave the program (for whatever reason), any contributions made are non-refundable.
Exiting the program shall be evaluated by a committee and a penalty of $2,500 shall be enforced if you are found to have a inappropriate reason for your exit.
The Craft Your Life Vision toolkit and worksheet are the course content for the Kiongozi Leadership Program and are designed to go hand in hand with the sessions.
They are covered in the program budget and will not need to be paid for, once one has qualified and been accepted into the program.
Young Visionaries is committed to the health and safety of all
The Kiongozi Program will be held in a manner that will observe all Ministry Of Health Covid-19 protocols.
The sessions will be divided between live(in-person) and online, and will be carried out online & physically from Nairobi, Kenya.
The live sessions will be held in a space with physical distancing in a spacious classroom with a maximum of 15 fellows per class.
Wearing a facemask is a requirement for all in the class. Hand washing and sanitizing will be a regular practice in the physical sessions.
Upon completion of the 12+ weeks, a certificate will be issued on graduation day. Graduation is a fun day to celebrate and commission the fellows.
After completing the 12+ weeks and graduation a fellow will ink up with a mentor and kick start your project within 90 days.
The fellow will then join the global community of Young Visionaries alumni and ambassadors of visionary leadership in all fields and industries.
Alumni of the program will have access to an exclusive group where they can ask questions and get post class support.
